3. Platform Access
Access to the Onwatch AI platform (app.onwatch.ai and client subdomains) is provided under separate client agreements. Platform users must be authorised by a contracted client organisation and are subject to the terms of that client's agreement with Onwatch AI.
Each client organisation is provided with a dedicated environment accessible via their unique subdomain (e.g., your-company-name.onwatch.ai).

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Onwatch AI Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. SMS Notifications
Users of our platform may opt-in to receive SMS notifications for critical safety alerts. By enabling SMS notifications in your Onwatch AI dashboard, you agree to the following terms:
Message Types
You will receive SMS notifications for critical Environmental, Health & Safety events detected by our monitoring system, including but not limited to fire detection, PPE violations, proximity alerts, and other configurable safety events.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your notification settings and detected safety events. Typical usage ranges from 0-10 messages per month, though this may be higher during periods of increased safety activity at monitored sites.
Opting In
Users opt-in to SMS alerts through our secure platform dashboard. After logging in, users navigate to Settings > Notifications where they can enable SMS alerts. Before enabling SMS, users must:
- •Enter their mobile phone number
- •Review these SMS terms
- •Check a consent box confirming agreement to receive SMS safety alerts
Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- •Replying STOP to any message from Onwatch AI
- •Disabling SMS notifications in your dashboard under Settings > Notifications
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not affect other notification methods such as email or in-app alerts.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Onwatch AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.
Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability.
SMS Data Privacy
