OPS · EFFICIENCY · EXPLAINED

Beside HSE, not inside it

Same cameras. A live operations board for machines and stations.

Operational Efficiency turns existing site cameras into continuous measurement of named machines, stations and buffers - then alerts when work is blocked, starved, idle or under capacity, with the measurement and threshold behind every status.

TRUST · MEASURED · EXPLAINED

We show you the number that triggered it

Status chips and ops alerts carry machine name, measured value, streak, threshold and data source. First “No Data” cards after setup are expected until the first site report arrives (~15 minutes). Zones alone do not measure anything - detections must be on.

UI · ILLUSTRATION · PRODUCT

A packing cell showing Build-up on the output buffer and Operator Waiting on the station.

Illustration of the product interface

  • Shift-level view of which named asset is the problem right now
  • Ops alerts that do not dilute critical HSE escalation
  • Customer-defined “good” - not fixed industry templates

EXAMPLE · WORKED

What this looks like on a real site

An output buffer at the baler fills during a busy despatch window. Efficiency flags Blocked Downstream with the fill level, streak and threshold. The supervisor clears the bins before the upstream cell idles - without waiting for end-of-shift scrap numbers. Illustrative scenario - not a MES replacement; camera-based visibility and alerting on the zones you configure.

ILLUSTRATIVE · NOT A CASE STUDY

What you get

  • Shift-level view of which named asset is the problem right now
  • Ops alerts that do not dilute critical HSE escalation
  • Customer-defined “good” - not fixed industry templates

SETUP · HOW IT WORKS

How it works

  1. 1.Draw efficiency zones on cameras (machine, station, input buffer, output buffer) and enable efficiency detections
  2. 2.In Machine Setup, name each zone and set what “good” looks like - targets, idle and waiting thresholds, active hours
  3. 3.Onwatch Node reports measured summaries; the rules engine raises explained ops alerts separate from safety alerts

See Efficiency on a floor like yours

We will walk the Machine Performance board and one explained alert on a warehouse or manufacturing layout - so you can judge the evidence, not a mysterious score.
